The Zombie

Just putting my pants on and heading out the door...

June 11 -  I'm running late (very late) again.  I know, it's a big shock, isn't it?  It's late in the day of the 12th as I type this, and I really only have a few minutes (before going to work) to do so anyway, so I'm not sure how "in depth" I can get.  That's too bad, because I've actually had some serious thoughts about - say it with me - pantsless comics characters.  Really.  Even in the silliest of topics, there can be found some kernels of gravity.  I am not talking about, say, people who are too poor to afford pants (which sounds like a real concern, but, in reality, probably isn't a substantial problem), but, rather, about some of the issues upon which the subject of pantslessness sheds light.  These issues include psychological factors in character design, questions about sexuality in comics (or the lack there of), and subconscious wish-fulfillment.  Hopefully, over the next few days, I can get to some of this.  Also, I hope to resume infuriating my fellow comic book geeks with my choices of whom I believe to be pantsless comics characters!  That's fun, too!  So much fun, in fact, that I am about to spark some more fury with this Pantsless Comic Book Character of The Day - Lori Lemaris!
